We are certified by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors or NACHI and we own and operate the National Home Inspector Certification Training Institute, where we teach new inspectors the complete Inspection Process. Certification with the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors is accomplished through testing of the knowledge of the construction and maintenance processes in commercial and residential real estate. You must pass a test before you can become a member of NACHI. Both certification programs are unique and each has test to be certified.  Both have set the standards for all other home inspector training in the field of home inspection.

We are also licensed with the Missouri Department of Agriculture, Plant Industries Division-7B as a Certified Non-Commercial Applicator which is a license for Termite Pest Control. In 2000 Missouri began the licensing program for Pest Control and Inspection.  We have carried a license since the licensing program began. We are currently certified through 2010
