| We perform inspections on all types of residential properties. We perform structural, mechanical and termite inspections on any size residiential properties. No house too big or too small for our inspection. You receive your inspection reports at the end of the inspection with no waiting period. We use digital cameras to photograph most defects or concerns so you have clearly documented pictures of what we find. You receive those via email or if you do not have email we can copy them to a CD and mail that to your address of choice. Our inspections are in-depth and require approximately 3-hours to complete. All questions will be addressed at the conclusion of the inspection and we provide free consultation for up to 3 months following the inspection. A gas leak detection is performed on all inspection if the house has either natural gas or propane gas appliances. We will monitor for carbon monoxide leaks during the inspection as well, if there are any gas appliances present. Although we receive referrals from realtors we do not make any deals or perform any inspections differently. We work for the client not the realtor and the report will reflect all findings regardless of who has made the referral.
